Roles and Responsibilities:
• Managing an Operations teams and technicians to complete all the daily
targeted service and bring the number of services down to least count.
• Managing installation team for new site deployments in different cities all over
Pakistan to do the installation work and to complete the installation project on
time.
• Keep pushing the team and motivating them so that all work can be
completed within given scheduled completion time and the delay in project
completion can be avoided as much as possible.
• Accountable to update the client about the current completion of the clients
project.
• Coordinate with different departments of office like supply chain,
production, sales and product heads involved to make sure project runs
smoothly.
• Coordinating complex technical issues with vendors and service providers to
resolve operational issues
Hardware Installation, Commissioning, Integration, PAT, Cutover.
• Switches & routers installation, commissioning. ODF, UPS installation. Security box and IP
network rack installation.
• Survey, Installation, Commissioning.
• Refurbishment of IP TV & ADSL Routers/Modems.
• Survey, Datacom, Core, Access, Transmission, OSP, FTTH.

Pitching New Clients to get new orders.
Job responsibility includes understanding the requirements from client, manager and arrange until

more advanced issues when necessary
Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead
intervention Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
