Oversee all planning activities and collaborate with project team to formulate and develop schedule that fully integrates all phases, functions, and activities.
Monitor progress of the construction work for timely execution of the project through daily, weekly and monthly reports with respect to review of the overall project.
Generate and finalize EPC baseline and forecast schedules (L4) as per client's requirement.
Prepare, maintain and update risk registers.
Develop systems and procedures for site project control functions to facilitate the monitoring of construction & commissioning works.
Work together with sub-contractors to implement work schedule and consistently monitor progress
Prepare schedules, Gantt charts, graphs, bar charts, progress curves and spread sheet reports as required.
Take lead to resolve lead time issues, bottlenecks and scheduling conflicts that arise during the project.
Planning and monitoring all construction activities.
Involved with IT in implementation of Oracle ERP system.
Prepare the detail progress measurement system for project implementation and progress S curves.
Collaborate with Planning Manager and Project Manager to create equipment and manpower deployment charts for site project resources.
Planned and monitored Lev.4 construction schedule for structures, equipment and piping using P3 Primavera (3.0)
Worked on multiple shut down projects for Saudi Aramco RasTanura Plant and SABIC Plant SHARQ TAM.
These shut down projects involved:
o Removal of bundles
o Hydro jetting of tubes
o Re-tubing of exchangers
o Welding repair
o Maintenance of columns, drums, tube heat exchangers and Fin fan coolers.
o Construction of defected piping and valves in EG, PE & UTL areas around 8000 inches.
- Designed pressure vessels, columns and tanks.
- Prepared detailed engineering drawings of pressure vessel supports, nozzles, insulations, base rings and compression rings.
- Designed heat exchangers.
- Designed re-boilers.
- Designed columns with overhead knock-back condensers and stab-in re-boilers.
