insure the reliability if the equipment, and trouble free operation. conduct walk-by inspection to all equipment, checking the motor current, thermal scanning of terminals and contacts, checking temperature, vibration, pulse, unusual sound, and physical inspection. using high end condition monitoring tools.
rectify any deviation found such as lubrication of bearings, adjustment of mechanical seal, re tightening of terminals, shaft alignment, and general cleaning and report to immediate superior and coordinate the major job to the CMS.
insure that all equipment has a sufficient levels of spare parts
HVAC, Electrical, electronic, Mechatronic and Electro-mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance.
Preparing machine spareparts purchase requisition and coordinate to purchasing personnel.
Preparing updated reports of all machine for record purposes(ISO)
Supervised & Designate scheduled jobs to maintenance crew
HVAC, Electrical, Mechatronic and Electro-mechanical troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance.
