Responsibilities:
• Make detailed programs based on sequence of work, wherein lookahead programs, concrete forecast and labour forecast reports were also taken from and based upon.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive planning, forecasting, and budgeting systems
• Develop and maintain streamlined and comprehensive planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Work closely with senior management to develop strategic plans for growth
• Work closely with senior management to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of operations
• Developing construction planning schedules for projects
• Update programs on a weekly and monthly basis and on request by the construction and management team.
• Attend weekly progress meetings for coordinating, updating and reporting directly to the General Manager.
• Generate weekly reports for productivity monitoring purposes.
• Conduct quantity estimation for building materials for cost loading.
• As-built programs and reports for delay.
• Delay analysis & Extension of time.
• Participate in meeting with client

productivity, resource utilization and mark-ups.
- Make regular site visits in order to have an accurate update and to take progress photos for
documentation.
- Make sure that the document in hand is the correct design issued for construction.

cost estimates.

Project: Expansion and Renovation of Istiklal Mall
- Responsible for documents and assisting senior engineer.
- Conduct quantity estimation for building materials.
- Make sure that the document in hand is the correct design issued for construction.
- Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review designs, calculations and
cost estimates.
- Quantity surveying for the project. Supervise the construction contractor to make sure that work is being carried out as designed
and in accordance to standards.
- Site inspections on anything involved with construction.
