My experience encompasses several business/industry areas with emphasis on real estate, investment, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals in Kuwait in particular and Middle East in general. Been extensively involved in the preparing of PPM (Private Placement Memorandums ) and IM (Investment Memorandum) reports, reporting and analyzing M&A transaction in the pre-preparation and pro-preparation phase, financial modeling, business plan preparation and review and valuation of existing and upcoming businesses in Kuwait and the Middle East.
Have prepared PPMs (from A to Z), for example (I have listed the ones that have been introduced in the market - the rest are not listed due to client confidentiality issues):

Been involved in large real estate projects in the GCC, for example:
Imtiaz Company : Large beach front mix-use development in Qatar (8 million sq m)
Al Argan Company :Large mix-use project in Oman (400 thousand sqm)
Surooh Company: The construction of four high end Office Blocks in Dubai.
Been involved in the following manufacturing projects in the Middle East:
SGIG: Implementation of a Glass Fabrication and coating facility in Kuwait.
KSPICO: Valuation of a leading Pharmaceutical company in Kuwait.
F&B and Bonjus: Valuation of a leading dairy and juice factory in Lebanon.
Preparing Valuation Reports involving different valuation methodologies (DCF, CoCo, Co Trans, Sum of Parts, market multiples, etc.)
Develop an understanding of client's expectations, industry and business (e.g., goals, key success factors, strategy for competition), and Flowchart business information framework represented in critical processes.
Source risks of the engagements through understanding business information framework. As well as carry out business performance review to analyse the performance through applying various ratios, understanding the variances against benchmarks and breaking down broadly based problems into their essentials.
Identify environment risk, process risk (operations, empowerment, information processing, integrity and financial), and decision-making risk. Plus perform business analysis to assess the client's business processes, competitors, customers, environment, information, management, owners and suppliers.
Communicate with different levels of clients' organizations and develop strong client relationships.
Preparation and control of due diligence assignments including liaison with potential investors and communication of findings
Involved in funding reviews regarding existing investments where it looks unlikely future returns will be achieved.
Assisting the partner or director in drafting engagement letters, setting the scope and fee of work to be performed.
Understanding businesses, identifying key issues and communicating the findings both orally and in writing via financial reviews and due diligence reports.
Presentations to both management teams and institutions.
Performed financial analysis for Investment companies this includes assessing client's investment policies and their asset management ratios and recommending appropriate solutions.
Jointly responsible for 7 junior staff.
Have been part of international teams of outside professionals (cross-divisional teams, securing the support of global professionals- instrumental in the creation of a strategic consulting team for cross border transactions)
