Member of the R&D team involved in the development and testing of
new drilling additive products.
Manage and supervise QC technicians and packaging team to ensure
product quality, safety, and production efficiency.
Lead and participate in quality control testing in accordance with API
and ASTM standards.
Act as Document Controller for the Quality Control Department,
maintaining and updating quality documents in compliance with ISO
9001 requirements.
Participated in the installation of safety control measures and
conducted risk assessments for a new production unit (Hammer Mill)
to support new product manufacturing.
Coordinate with the Supply Chain Department for raw material
procurement, ensuring compliance with technical and quality
specifications and Meeting the safety requirement.
Coordinate with the Sales team to support customer requirements,
product specifications, and quality-related inquiries.

Supported QA/QC and production teams in Chlor-Alkali Plant
operations.
Conducted routine testing on raw materials and final products
including
NaOH, HCl, Cl₂, and NaOCl.
Participated in production monitoring and control room activities
under supervision of process engineers.
Gained practical exposure to industrial safety standards and process
optimization techniques.
