Screening and handling of phone calls, inquiry e-mails, faxes and requests. Following up with finance team and suppliers to process the payments at the
earliest. Maintain accurate records of loans, analyze the effectiveness of the company’s
credit control system and implement changes to improve profitability and reduce
bad debts
Ensure customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices
Develop the credit control system in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance
and company executives
Review of bank guarantee and bid-bond acquisition. Prepare weekly reports of work plans for finance, credit controller, sales, business
operation and legal department to discuss with the management. Ensure
Creating letters, reports and presentations for senior management. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for staff and visitors. Management of petty cash, staff claims and filing. GM PA and Coordinator
Planning in-house or off-site meetings, activities, including parties, celebrations and
conferences. Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time. Maintaining compliance requirements and attending audit events. Working with different teams to ensure comfortable work environment. Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment. Working with HR to implement organization polices within the department.
