• Oversee the design and implementation of all protection-related activities including
Recruitment, capacity building, supervision and regular performance evaluations for staff, Coordinate the design and implementation of assessments and information gathering related to protection risks and needs as well as support advocacy and protection activities by capturing and sharing key on-the-ground challenges, gaps, opportunities and successes, Drafting of new CP-GBV proposals, support in designing new PSS and GBV awareness sessions and manuals when needed and ensure that protection is mainstreamed into all DRC projects implemented and in line with international standards and relevant DRC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Developing support groups Materials and curricula targeting women and girls with disabilities in reproductive age and their caregivers as well as Gender Equality Program for Syrian and Jordanian adolescent boys and girls, to improve their knowledge around gender-related themes, focusing on equality and equity, Ensure mainstreaming for protection and gender equality in all programs, Carry out assessments of protection and gender-related needs, identify problems/gaps and propose/prioritize timely practical actions to respond to particular protection problems related to beneficiaries. Setting up a referral system to refer people in need to the available services in the area and to facilitate the cases intake and Providing technical guidance to UPP staff ensuring respect of protection best-practices and the quality implementation and achievements of results.
• Support the development of training on community programming, through contributing to the curriculum design and development of training tools as well as delivery of the courses and capacity building process using internal and external resources on different areas (Education for Youth and children, Protection, Community Engagement, Soft Skills, including session plans, trainer guide, training evaluation and monitoring tools.)
• Support engagement of community associations including community health committees that work with health providers to promote healthy behaviors within the community. Managing the community Engagement activities implementing by the health committee Providing proper information and analysis about the project environment, partners, implementation and help timely readjustment of project as required. Working with Monitoring and Evaluation and Learning (MEAL) in assessing progress and impact of activities. Develop training modules on community engagement, soft skills, advocacy and effective activities implementation, design and conduct trainings based on the competencies required for health community committees to deliver the Community Engagement activities.

Represent and actively participate with NGOs, UN agencies and different donors and community representatives and stakeholders. (GBV working group, MHPSS, CP, and Protection Clusters, Child labor task force)
Responsible for coordinating the Catch up Programing targeted the out of School children
Including Managing, coaching and mentoring and evaluating team members and volunteers, developing their work and development plans as well as Managing projects’ budgets, projects’ funding, expenditures and accomplishments of objectives.
Contribute to the progress and donor report
Suggest and develop programs that support and enhance the visitors' Museum Experience - Manage group and individual visits, prepare for and lead children camps and workshops, research and develop activities- Assist with content development for programs. -Supervise volunteers assigned to certain locations in the exhibit hall.
