- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images and videos) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.

- Conducts social media research and make recommendations about opportunities, including emerging trends and tools and best practices.
- Providing monthly updates on industry and competitor trends, highly engaged fans and opportunities within the social landscape.
