-Assisting the recruitment head in creating &publishing ads online, coordinate with candidates to schedule an interview, joining formalities of the new staff, employee contracts.
-Manage both career& info emails for the CVS.
- ID cards printing of the new staff
- residencies renewal & civil id issuance
- Booking online appointments for the Govt. Relations procedures
-Update staff academic qualifications in ministries
-Preparing immigration contracts
-Booking flight tickets.

* Assist with all internal and external HR related
inquiries or requests.
* Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees'
records.
* Assist with performance management procedures.
* Perform orientations and update records of new
staff.
* Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
* Support other assigned functions.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best
practices.
* In charge of booking tickets of employees'.
