Keys Responsibilities Coordination:
• participate in the coordination of all MEP activities with all civil, Architectural Finishes and other Service Trades at site.
• Follow the site construction at site and coordinate the implementing of the MEP services.
• Check Structure drawings and coordinate the required MEP services to be implemented before casting and coordinate the builder work drawings.
• Supervise the initiation of MEP coordinated composite drawings and coordinated with all civil & Architectural Finishes.
• Follow the site construction at site and coordinate the implementing of the MEP services.

Key Responsibilities HVAC:
• Detail study of Drawings, Specification and Bill of Materials.
• Quantity take off for all HVAC related materials & Equipment’s.
• Review Project Transmittal " Material & Shop Drawings '' & follow up with consultant till approval.
• External Static pressure, Pump head & Expansion Tank size Calculations.
• Monitor and expedite procurement of material and equipment.
• Resource planning and allocation according to the project time schedule.
• Follow up HVAC System at construction phase, Testing and Commissioning Phase and Handling the Final Handover to the Client.
• Erection of HVAC Related equipment at site and supervision till commissioning.
• Duct ordering & installation supervision.
• Chilled water pipe (Black Steel Pipe) installation process (fabrication for hookups, welding, pressure test & x-ray test ) according to shop drawings & specifications.
• Preparation of Variation orders
• Raising RFI and suggesting suitable solutions.
• Co-ordination with all service engineers.
• As-Built Drawing Preparation
• Kuwait Fire Directorate approval for Smoke ventilation of the project.
• Ensure smooth commissioning of the erected HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities HVAC-Elec:
• Ministry of Electricity and Water approval for kW/TR usage as per Kuwait Norms for the project.
• Submittal and order for starter panels for all HVAC equipment’s.
• Coordinating with BAS for Drawings
• Checking I/O point list
• Coordinating with equipment suppliers for integration of BAS and HVAC
• Fire alarm integration of HVAC equipment’s.

Responsibilities at Office:
• Floating enquiries to suppliers for the equipment’s and materials.
• Comparison of the quotes and specification.
• Price comparison approval from management.
• Preparation of purchase request in SAP.

-Prepare the workshop drawings and typical installation drawings.
-Check and co-ordinate site work with other systems.
-Manage and supervise the installation team to execute the required activities in accordance with the project's master time schedule.
-Ensure that installation works are performed in accordance with the projects specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Site Supervision of complete fabrication, welding, Erection of pipes.
• Preparation of work procedure for all kind of project activates.
• Supervision of Sand blasting, coating, wrapping, hydro, NTD tests of pipes.
• Co ordination with inspection and QC department.
