• transactions according to stated procedures so that all transactions are recorded and controlled in a timely and accurate manner
• Receive, process and execute requests to ensure they are properly handled in a timely manner and in accordance to best business requirements
• Ensure that high level of control is maintained by reporting major problems and areas of non-compliance to the hierarchy and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Ensure high level of customer service is delivered and maintained and that internal customers are satisfied by meeting all internals as and by following up on requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate freight forwarders and the manufactures to ensure compliance customs and logistics requirements.
• Maintain the product cycle and stock level to ensure sufficient supply, adjust the gap to meet the customer needs. Optimise containers and truck loads.
• Coordinate and maintain short and long-term forecast in conjunction with Sales and Marketing
• Work closely with 3PL forwarder and warehouse to ensure on time stock arrival
• Collaborate with sales to create, maintain and review baseline sales forecasts for finished goods.
