Manager. Management & Execution of External Clients & Customers Projects (SEC / ARAMCO / ROYAL COMISSION & PRIVATE SECTORS) of entire project life cycle in delivering requirements. Key Result Areas: (Projects & Business Development Manager)
•Primary Point of contact for all the projects with SEC/NG spread across all the regions in the kingdom.
•Responsible for the execution of projects beginning from Project kick off to handover/completion.
•Directing & supervising a team of over 300 employees involved in Projects & support staff & enabling them to deliver excellence, resulting in high degree of Client Satisfaction.
•Served as primary organizational contact during contract negotiations. Engage with relevant Section heads from SEC in negotiation decisions involving legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards and Manpower mobilization timeline.
•Responsible for the smooth execution & operation of Engineering Design offices in Jeddah & Dammam, which are the extension of SEC HQ equipped with necessary technology & Engineering equipment's.
•Responsible & primary POC for international partners for all sub-contracting Projects.
•Recruitment & mobilization of required manpower based on Project requirement. Recruiting & training project coordinators for each project.
•Conduct & execute weekly/monthly meetings with SEC/NG Managers of all the projects with SEC & other clients in order to anticipate future manpower needs which enables ample time to plan for those needs and to develop a recruitment strategy in advance.
•Conducting contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and manpower mobilization.
•Manages healthy relationships with key operations heads in SEC / NG. Building long-standing trust relationship through effective partnership.
•Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees.
•Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment to SEC/ NG on schedule.
•Worked closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
•Work closely with the Accounts, Invoicing, Procurement Managers and team to perform analysis of our Invoices and ensure we are utilizing our budget effectively,
•Ensure that all projects requirements are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
•Develop and execute negotiation strategies with SEC that minimize potential losses and benefit the healthcare organization's financial performance.
•Responsible for interviewing, selection and hiring, training new and existing employees, planning, assigning and directing work, discussing with employees' performance appraisals, addressing employee performance and corrective action plans & employee motivation and rewards.
•Contributes operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, prepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity, quality of manpower standards, resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends.
•Forecast project requirements; prepare project wise budget, assigning budget for fuel, petty cash, safety equipment's & miscellaneous expenses & executing it with regular audits & approvals.
•Worked with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals & organizing the budget of the Projects in collaboration with the directors.
•Planning relocation of employees based on their contract completion period, Planning & controlling attrition level.
•Maintain and update Project records, changes, status reports, and other information.
•Manages overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of Manpower, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. Ensure safe and efficient operations. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.
•Responsible for maintaining safe & healthy work environment by establishing, following & enforcing standards & procedures, complying with legal regulations. Also promote a company culture that encourages top performance & high morale.
