- Managing the ADP system and process from A to Z, which includes data extracting, troubleshooting and process and system improvement.
- Working on Training need analysis based of data extracted and cleaned to show the quantified numbers of the Annual Development Plan process which will help the L&D team understand the direction we will head in, and management the status of the company development requirements.
- Budget Analysis for the year 2014, extract all the planned costs from the ADP, filter the data per unit and prepare them for ED signing.

- Lead the Individual training Ensure that the employee needs the specific training and confirm it by checking ( PD, Individual Development Plan, history and TNA)
- Coach new joiners at least for 6 months.
- Bringing Executive Coaching to company as the development plan for some of the Associate Directors and Executive Directors.
- Manage logistics of the trainings (contracts, accommodation, invitations, materials, visa, travel arrangements ect) beside Handling the registrations from GE .
- participate in professional development program PD Framework of Business support training courses
- suggestions based on functional competencies and training courses that will escalate in developing their skills.
- Create professional calendar for 2012 training course for company homepage
- act as coordinator to arrange for induction session from A to Z
- mange the logistics of the training (proposals, agreements, accommodation, invitations, materials, etc).
Acting HR-Help Desk Manager
- Refer to Company HR Policies and Procedures to be able to respond to all queries resourcefully.
- Handling HR help desk tasks resolving a request, assign, reassign, cancel, action in respond to queries
- Address issues with the HR help desk system by communicating with the Deve.team
- Responsibility of updating HR help Desk Manual as modifications are made to SYS.
- Tracking HR query progress and status
- Ability to do basic technical queries amendments such filling the missing data, audit change the category of the query and access task by the task work flow history
- Acknowledge Company employees regarding HR help desk
- Ensure employee satisfaction through feedback link
- create FAQ & ensure that each query action within an agreed Service Level Agreement
