● Taking care of contracts, time sheet and all the reports and documents related

Handling all types of report preparing in Arabic and English as required.
Taking care of contracts, timesheet, employees database payroll and all the reports and documents related to the personnel (Local, Secondees and contractors)
Responsible for payroll preparation of more than 70 employees.
Preparing Vacation Entitlement computation and Final Settlement of employees.

Human Resources Assistant
• Provide Human Resource Support in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Organization: • Handles employee relations in day-to-day basis
• Assists in maintaining the Human Resource database and all employee records and files.
• Handles payroll processing and tracks and reports payroll information.
• Review all invoices submitted by the supplier.
• Prepares and type business letters in English & Arabic.
• Translate all Arabic Business letter in English accordance to the Human Resource issues.
• Completes assigned reporting functions involving attendance statistics, hiring, termination, and other information assigned.
• Monitor the expiration and renewals and payment of GOSI, Ministry of Labour, Zakah, Chamber of Commerce, SAGIA, and others.
• Ensures that all Sensitive data (i.e., Passwords) are being treated in highly confidential matter.
• Assists in informing new employees of human resource policies and programs as needed.
• Assists in interviewing.
• Assists the Administration Manger and the HR officer in accordance to the needs of hiring Saudi Employees through the foundation.
• Update all information's online through HRDF Website.
• Supervise and control the documentation as required by the foundation.
• Research and analyse best practices for the benefit of the Company.
Receiving a request for quotation (RFQ) from clients (Ex. Aramco- SABIC-Cheveron-Sasrf) and finding the appropriate supplier to quote with best competitive prices and deliveries terms.
Receiving the Purchase Order (PO) from clients and expediting the delivery of the required materials from the suppliers.
Arrange a log for all RFQs and Pos and communicate between clients and suppliers.
Preparing lists of all received RFQ`s and PO`s to indicate the status of each one.
