· Prompt & Efficient Inventory/Receivables management, to ensure Cost of Capital is maintained within agreed parameters.

• Coordinate crucial business decisions within the category, including resource allocation.
• Help adapt the organizational structure and processes within the vertical for efficient initiative implementation.

Responsibilities as Sales Head :
•Handling a Portfolio of 500 million annual Turnover, with 5 Business Unit Reporting
•With 500+ Direct and indirect team, setting up the right process is key for driving the business, by review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment and implementing innovative changes.
