Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan.
➢ Witness the tests, controls and inspections carried out.
➢ Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation,
and check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections.
➢ Performs tests of continuity, insulation resistance.
➢ Performs various test, BDV, Cut through, Spring Back, Elongation, OD Test, Bare
Dia test, Soldering, Viscosity, friction test etc.
➢ 5S implementation at worksite.
➢ Make Quality report daily.
➢ Performs visual inspections, dimensional test, checks rating and material for
Connection.
➢ Issues the relevant Quality Records and when necessary, writes and sends to QC
Supervisor non-conformances reports
Planning, installing and maintaining all necessary equipment.
➢ Analysis and recording all internal and external defects and failure.
➢ Developing and documenting necessary process standards.
➢ Resolves qualityissues by identifying problem.
➢ Participates in advance product quality planning meeting to review existing quality
assurance system and implements procedural revisions when necessary.
