Create and put together an annual requisite communication budget, generate a proper activity plan, deliver consumer focused promos and tactical marketing activities.
Set targets for whole marketing activities and promotions, and ensure the proper execution.
Study and make recommendations on new courses.
Maintain up to date consumer, market and competitive insight to precisely target marketing initiatives.
Design, develop and implement the annual advertising media (print, online, etc.), define and implement related standards and policies.
Build annual PR plans (traditional and social media).
Responsibilities:
*Project manage high-quality proposal and qualification packages
*Coordinate interview preparation and debriefing
*Conduct regional market research and identify new industry opportunities
*Help generate leads and track regional business development in Deltek Vision CRM
*Coordinate regional conference attendance and speaking (abstract submisison, booth setup, follow-up and lead tracking)
*Work with corporate marketing and regional teams to plan and budget the region's marketing and business development efforts
*Work with corporate marketing to regularly update regional marketing materials (eg, master resumes, project experience lists, project sheets and 330 forms)
Keep accurate records, review information, consolidates reports & takes action where necessary.
* Report progress on production of marketing materials.
* Report feedback to line manager on supplier service delivery.
* Help calendarise the Annual Brand Marketing and Promotional POS Plan (launches, new season, brand building, sales, etc).
* Assist with annual plan and timing schedule for catalogue/magazine production (Brand specific).
Responsible for Supplier Management & Quality Assurance
* Assess quality of marketing materials and provide feedback to line manager.
* Plan and action distribution of marketing materials with the vendors as per calendar.
* Gather specifications, tender opportunities and parameters to suppliers.
* Assist in maintaining historic costs matrix to provide brands with expected cost/quality parameters for budgeting purposes.
* Obtain feedback from Brands and conduct quarterly Q.A. assessment of suppliers against negotiated rates.
Responsible for Print Production
* Liaise with Artwork studio to ensure smooth production process.
* Coordinates with brands and suppliers to meet production deadlines as per agreed production schedules.
* Supports in resolving production issues in the most cost effective and timely manner.
• communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships and marketing campaigns from advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press (local, regional ..) or on the radio or the televisions.
• managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and etc.
• Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
• Analysis of the clients' profitability in order to implement appropriate sales actions.
• Follow-up with the clients for the whole event, from planning the event to the after sale services.
