Assist the HSE Manager in the implementation and administration of safety, health and environment protection.
Assist the HSE manger with the administration and further development of HSE policy, manuals, standers, procedures and safe work practices.
Conduct daily on site safety inspection and evaluation of workplace environment, equipment and practices, in order to ensure compliance with safety standers and government regulations.
Ensure that fire prevention equipment, safety equipment and first aid supplies are present on site at all time.
Assist with the incidents investigations as they occur.
Maintaining a system for recording, reporting and investigation injures, accidents and dangerous occurrences .
prepare and review incident report as needed.
Report writing.
Prepare signage.
Training new employees (HSE induction, Fire extinguishers use, chemical Hazards communication, food safety, life saving rule, emergency response plan).
on site First Aid Provider.

HS officer:
Follow up check and maintenance of fire extinguishers.
Follow up check of first aid kit.
Coordinate fire alarm testing with supplier.
inspections tour of all building facilities and offices.
Prepare evacuation Plan and emergency response team and emergency drill.
Prepare Assembly points and smoking area locations.
Caution signs preparation.
Provide HS general induction, fire extinguisher used, emergency response plan training.
Follow up PPE's (distribution and monitoring).
Follow up employee's food supplier.
Registered Nurse:
Follow up employee's medical status(employee's chronic illnesses).
First Aid Provider.
Health educator.
Follow up employee's sick leave and medical insurance issues.

Assessing and planning nursing care requirements.
Providing pre- and post-operation care.
Monitoring and administering medication and intravenous infusions.
Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures(vital signs).
Writing records.
Supervising junior staff.
Organizing workloads.
Providing emotional support to patients and relatives.
