• Handling payroll activities of different regions in Kuwait, UAE and Qatar. Knowledge of different
countries labor laws and procedures.
• Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
• Compute salaries and deductions, and enter data into computers.
• Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system
• Creating monthly payroll master file including all employees, their processed leave salaries, Overtime
and other deductions resulting from unpaid leaves, absenteeism, loan or fines deductions.
• Coordinating with all other departments to send their weekly attendance sheet and leave plans.
• Organizing Training and events whenever required.
