Location: : Riyadh, KAFD Saudi Arabia Project Name : Landscape Parks Project / Civil works for roads & tunnels Cost : 70 million (SAR) Client : King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) Consultant : Ashbelya Consulting Engineer Duration : Feb 2021 to till date. Responsibilities:
•Reviewing ITP (Inspection and test plan), Quality Assurance Document, Method Statement, Project Quality Plan as Per Project Specification
•Submittal Material Approval, Pre-Qualification of Laboratory to Consultant.
•Preparation of reports and schedule update to be submitted to the Contractors.
•Coordination with Consultant for the Work Carried out at Sites.
•Identifying all construction stages that requires inspections & testing throughout the construction process and making RFI for the same.
•Coordinate with Superintendent/Engineer of project and implement QC requirements effectively.
•Attend quality and progress meeting with Consultants and Contractors to resolve construction/ quality issues.
•Preparing the Method of statement, schedule of works, ITP.
•Conduct Walkthrough Inspection on site together with the engineers and Contractors.
•Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
•Maintain Material Data Sheet which is delivered to sites.
•Monitoring concrete pouring works to ensure that the concrete is not dropped above one meter, enough number of vibrators are used, carpenters available to check form works.
•Review Mix Design Concrete and Quality Tests and Slump, Temperature and Cylinders and Cube test, delivery time, kind of mix and if concrete is poured within allotted time.
•Collect Approved Submittal Test Result from Consultant and Maintain a Log for Data Receiving.
•Attending weekly QC and HSE walk through.
•Ensure that the required quality control procedures are implemented as outline by the relevant approved ITPs and work procedure.
Project Name : Creek Shopping Mall UAE Project Owner : R.Zoning Consultant : Kling Consult Duration : Nov 2018 to Nov 2020 Responsibilities:
•Conducting Soil Tests with Supervision of Independent Labs
•Follow Up with Consultant for Inspections at Sites.
•Ensure that the required quality control procedures are implemented as outline by the relevant approved ITPs and work procedure.
•Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly (Quality) Progress Report.
•Coordination with Consultant for the Work Carried out at Sites.
•Coordinate with Superintendent/Engineer of project and implement QC requirements effectively.
•Supervision of Materials Tests i.e. Sieve Analysis for Soil Classification,
•Compressive Strength for Concrete in Laboratory and others
•Monitoring concrete pouring works to ensure that the concrete is not dropped above one meter, enough number of vibrators are used, carpenters available to check form works.
•Maintaining good communication with client and consultant representative Engineer
•Maintain Material Data Sheet which is delivered to sites.
