Sound knowledge of Electrical Hazardous Classifications area and usage of classified equipment’s with E x, d, e, n, p etc.
*Expertise in all kind of MEP works Specialized in Ductwork (Mechanical, HVAC and Electrical panel wirings & controls)
*Expertise in planning the job as per project drawings, working as consultant, preparing work reports depend on the quality of work, to monitor the contractor & helping them to remove clashes with other lead craft during activities.
*Expertise in maintenance of all kind of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems like,
*Chillers: Reciprocating, Screw and Centrifugal chillers. (Carrier, Trane, Al Zamil and York)
*Package Units: York, Carrier, SKM, Zamil, Trane and Westing House.
*DX Units: SKM, Mitsubishi & Carrier.
*VRV III & VRV IV: Daikin & Samsung.
*Split Units: O General, Carrier, Mitsubishi and Trane.
*Window A/Cs: O General, Carrier, Stolway and Westing House.
*Refrigerators: Ignis and Alwin
*Capable to handle & execute the duct work with in MEP Team,
*Capable to work independently to trouble shoot, rectify the fault in Controls & Electrical Circuits on HVAC systems,
*Order suitable materials as and when required from the vendor with help of ADGAS MAP system & GASCO Maximo sys
*Receives work orders in Maximo accordingly plan to carry out monthly preventive maintenance, plan & prepare new work orders for corrective jobs as an whenever required, feed the actual man hours & failure report before completion of Work Orders,
*Present for 24/7 to attend emergency call outs. Submitting reports to GASCO Engineers,
*Arrange hot work, cold work and naked flame permits as and when required in the ADGAS LNG plant area,
*Prepare PTW, ICC & Category permit for various locations in GASCO Plant areas, at the end of the day attend PTW meetings on daily basis, early morning accept planned PTW as per plan.
*Allocates and controls manpower distribution to various locations as in Maximo within Industrial safety procedures,
*Issues stores materials on requisition, keeping up-to-date records of work activities,
*Maintain the man-power, prepare GASCO and INTERGULF time sheets as per the man-hours present on board,
*Keep up-to-date record of personal Security pass, passport, medical, emirates ID expiry & etc.
*Keeping up-to-date record of vehicle check list expiry & etc.
*I am leading a team of 52 technicians on site to carry out assigned task with MEP works in GASCO with safety procedure.
