In Cement Mills : I can replace the pinion shaft white metal bearings, change liner plates diaphragm plates, checking of bucket elevators, replacing air slide canvas, alignment of motors, gear boxes, changing of back stops, chain scrappers replacing, deep pan conveyor maintenance, bag filters maintenance jobs etc.
In Packing Plant : I can operate & maintenance the Electronic rotary packer machines as well as electronic auto loading machines in dry modern cement plant such as (Haver Becker Machines )ccr operations of packing plant . worked as a console operator in their packing plant, as well as bulk loading station operation overhauling of filling heads, checking and replacing the hanger bearings of the screw conveyors, three way cylinders, rotary feeders, starting signal valves, direction control valves, bag tilting cylinders, air slides& weighment checking, adjusting in their respective fields in packing plant .also routine checking of cement silos extractions dozing sliders, flow control valves solenoid valves & sliding gates, Air slides & aeration blowers etc. Horizontal Ingersoll rand compressors overhauling of suction, delivery valves & pistons, replacing of crank shaft bearings, worked as a compressor maintenance fitter (reciprocating, vertical compressors) Cement Silos Extractions, Elevators, Belt Conveyors, Bag Filters, Screw Conveyors, Purging Systems of bag filters etc.
In crushers Hammer crusher maintenance such as replacing hammers, liner plates, segment bars and chain scrapper. Mobile crusher maintenance such as replacing of blow bars, liner plates, chain scrapper etc
