Responsibilities Includes but not limited to training corporate and public batches students on all Hyperion and Oracle BI products across APAC region and have been involved in support, research and development of these products.
Involved in Analysis of Applications which holds Master Data for Zanec’s Client Sage in New Castle, UK. Currently working with Sage to help them with their Master Data management initiative. Reserved engineered Sovereign database Data model which would be used for transactional reports and for OLAP reporting
Sutherland Global is a PCMM Level 5 company with offices across the globe. Provide second level of support to the analyst as well as Customers. Help the management to achieve the metrics for its client as well as employees. Handling escalation cases from level 1 analyst as well as providing support to the business partners of Hyperion. Specialized in solving issues related Hyperion Designer 8.x and Interactive Reporting Studio, which involves Dashboard and adhoc report development and performance tuning of the reports.
ICICI One Source is a BPO company catering to client through out the world; the process I am involved in is a UK based Telecommunication Company. Worked for the logistic team. We did all the analysis of the almost 32 work treads in place, which includes reporting the daily progress, handling rejections, mobile logistics, working on creating cubes to analyze the daily, week and monthly work done and resolution achieved.
As a Consultant, was involved on study and design stages of data warehousing projects, and also acted as a data architect for a project to address business information and analytical reporting for a Paint Manufacturing company in Sri Lanka.
