Recruiting, Advertising and soliciting resumes from qualified candidates; coordinating and attending career fairs to reach a broader and wider market of candidates

Establishes recruiting requirements by analyzing organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Processing the job offers, hiring process, jobs advertisements, interviewing, receiving candidates applications, assessing the qualified in the role
Recruit external workers via overseas foreign agencies from the USA, South Africa, Philippines, India and Middle East countries
Maintain routine enquiries and provide day-to-day administration function of the department
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing credentials; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
