answer calls and respond to emails
handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
research required information using available resources
manage and resolve customer complaints
provide customers with product and service information
enter new customer information into system
update existing customer information
process orders, forms and applications
identify and escalate priority issues
route calls to appropriate resource
follow up customer calls where necessary
document all call information according to standard operating procedures
complete call logs
produce call reports

Performance Responsibilities
1. Develop interior design procedure in full agreement with the senior Interior Architect of the company.
2. Making showroom display to improve the image of the showroom and doing the same for chandeliers.
3. Arranging for new models with coordination of operation manager.
4. Arranging new designs after they have settled from design Manager and make sure for its implementation in their branch.
5. Changing the decoration of the showroom when it is necessary.
6. Arranging fabrics based on categories and the most usable ones.
7. Providing Invoices to the accounting department.
8. Providing sales representative in the required combinations of fabrics + trimmings.
9. Filling purchase request and submit it for buyer to order it form suppliers.
10. Checking with customers to help them talking their decisions for colors; and curtains.
11. Drawing or amend some issues on the AutoCAD.
12. Follow up with the operation manager all issues under manufacturing.
13. Supporting is solving issues related to fabrics with customers.
14. Coordinate with the HR department all issues related to fabrics with customers.
15. Filling the required information that are being requested from QM department.
16. Making daily reports for the Senior Interior Architect all issues related to the interior design department.
