Chimest role discrabtion:
• To analyze daily work in progress (WIP) and finished products insure only confirming products are released and non-confirming ones are isolated and held for further action by following SSFL procedures.
• To take immediate action in case of any non-compliance noticed during analysis by initiating relevant Hold/Release exercise.
• To coordinate corrective action with the concerned team leaders if required.
• To coordinate with finished product stores if holding or recalling of the product becomes necessary to be followed by inspection/analysis of the held product.
• To carry out monthly analysis of stored finish product and prepare the quality status report, share the results with plant team.
• To carry out monthly in market evaluation of finished product and share the results with production and sales team.
• Support the R&D with the requirements analysis.
• To maintain lab equipment’s in good working and tidy condition while meeting safety requirements.
• To maintain calibration status of all lab instruments and process equipment related to quality.
• To meet the requirements of IPS lab and quality systems.
• To support developmental activities/projects relevant to the function.
• To train colleagues disseminate the knowledge gained through internal and external trainings.
