Spring 2010 Designed an E-business plan for creating a software database to search for doctors in the UAE. The basic idea of “Doctor Match” project was to simplify the process of searching for doctors, hospitals and clinics. Fall 2009 Analyzed several major companies’ marketing plans such as: Emirates Airlines, Paris Gallery, Beyond (optics). The analysis was conducted to asses situation analysis, market positioning, branding, marketing strategy and SWOT. Recommendations and areas of improvement were suggested. Spring 2009 Conducted a market research to study the current market situation of male beauty products. Proposed a new product line for L’Oreal ‘Dare a Change’ to cope up with the evolution of male beauty products in the Middle East. AWARDS Fall 2008 BP Sharjah Students Research Award Competition Secured the BP (British Petroleum) Progressive Award (FIRST Prize) for the project “Beyond Emirates: Process Analyses and Improvements to the Airline” Spring 2009 YEC – SHELL Competition Secured the second prize for the idea of “Mobile Wallet” – Al Mashy in Young Entrepreneurs Competition sponsored by Shell.
