Responsible for overall partner relationships, including strategic planning, revenue growth targets, and all operations necessary to maintain profitable partnerships. Employed a consultative-based approach to identify new business opportunities with current partners and identify and contact potential partners.
• Develop a dynamic dashboard reporting interface to present weekly performance information, KPIs to partner channels management and internal stakeholders.

• Plan, monitor, and conduct analysis of customer information across all dimensions, such as product subscriptions, campaign performance, demographic profiles, usage patterns, traffic distribution, etc. to identify trends and make recommendations to improve product performance.
• Work with account managers to gather new service requirements from customers and clarify requirements as necessary.
• Coordinate and align with the managed services team on the onboarding process (such as sharing gathered requirements and arranging technical assessment).
