-Data Entry/construction of policies in various markets/programs.Reviewing of quotes, binders, rating sheets and other spreadsheets.
-Interacting with underwriters and TSDs on policy information from Binding Authority Team.
-Provides general administrative assistant support to Binding Authority Team.Other relevant duties as assigned.
-Maintain & manage an assigned portfolio with existing clients

-Preparing the credit applications and profitability reports
-To accompany the Relationship Manager on official client visits for both existing and new relationships.
-Ensuring timely completion of documentation and minimizing the audit objections.
-Executing daily trade transactions to ensure maximum utilization of credit facilities.
-Processing one-off and special requests to meet clients' business requirements..

-Opening Accounts for new clients and Existing customers
Selling bank products: Credit Cards, Loans, sms Service, Online Banking, CHQ Books .. ETC,
Convincing new clients and existing customer transferring their funds and salaries.
Opening Fixed deposit. Cross Selling for any other product
-Following up with customers during the service and after delivering the service insuring their satisfaction.
-Updating customers with new products and offers
Making sure service is processed, packed and paid for without unnecessary delays.
-Closing Accounts.
-Dealing with high profile, demanding or difficult visitors.
-Receiving and meeting customer in a professional manner.
-Signing people in and checking their identity, delivering credit and debit cards
-Handling enquiries efficiently.
-Answering and forwarding phone calls.
-Keeping the reception area tidy. Ability to list carefully and quickly understands a person’s requirements.
-Directing customer to the right employee who can provide him/her with requested service, Providing valuable knowledge and up to date advice on bank products, Explaining anything customer needs to know.
-Tactfully dealing with customer enquiries, requests and complaints
Responsible for all teller functions as : Cash Deposit, Internal & External Cheque Deposit, Issuing Cashier Order, Internal & External Fund transfer, Cash Withdrawals, Internal Cheque Withdrawals, Telex Transfers Local and International .
