To over look all day to day daily operation of the department, be sure that all the merchandise is available in the store and the display area is full and intact before store opening period, to assist the store manager in terms of monitoring staff by conducting training and coaching to newly hired employee, to monitor daily sales and budget be sure to maintain positive growth of the department and always hitting and above the budget. to conduct weekly competitor report supported with swot analysis and action plan.
