Working as Technical Quality & Risk Manager (TQR Manager) for BV KSA to watch over and review the total quality Program which is based on ISO9001:2008. In addition, I’m managing the lean Operational Excellence Program in the company, and still hold the auditing responsibilities as I am ISO9001/OHSAS 18001 Lead auditor with over 40 man days of audits already performed.

Some auditing Experience includes, but not limited to:
-Conducted an internal Audit for the production department at Dresser Alrushaid in 2009.
-An internal Audit at Velosi on the training Department in 2013.
- External Audit on SG Petroleum Company QMS in Dammam (QMS)
-Audited Alkifah Company in Saudi Arabia (QMS)
-Audited Saudi Aramco Ras Tanura Refinery Machine Shop (QMS)
-Audited Saudi KAD Contracting Company (OHAS)
-Audited C.M.K MAMMOET Gulf (QMS)

Main duty is include, but NOT limited to, looking over the health of the Total Quality Management at Wasit Project (oil and gas project) along with other projects and try to rectify any issue that might affect the performance such as manpower shortage, safety related issues, and maintaining Saudization (conducting interviews, and evaluate and fit Saudi Candidates to the right position in the project based on their qualifications) in addition to various other responsibilities.

Worked as QA/QC Mechanical Inspector at Velosi Saudi Arabia. The project I was mobilized and working at was ITHRA in Dhahran. My main duty was to inspect the various welding operations before, during, and after the welding job. Away from my main duty, I have been utilized and given countless other tasks such as reviewing quality plans, attending auditing meetings, creating/improving processes, and conducting awareness presentations about quality and process improvements. Last 5 months in Velosi, I was promoted to be an Associate Consultant in the QMS Department.

The company is specialized in supplying Digital Electricity Meters to various industries. Some responsibilities include, following up and look after new opportunities and projects in the eastern province, and work on promoting our meters to potential customers, among other responsibilities.

Some of my duties include meeting customers, registration with product consultants, Organizing Exhibitions, conducting product presentation, and follow up with buyers of SABIC/ARAMCO and other customers among many other responsibilities. Attended many technical meetings with other engineers to discuss products specifications with customers (mainly control valves and safety relief valves).

Was part of the Lean Manufacturing team. Duties include looking for areas of improvement on the production lines to ensure that the operations flow smoothly, and help the quality control team when needed.
