I am responsible for processing all the retail loans, checking completion of files (Personal loans, Housing loans, Educational Loans…), controlling Decisions & Scores for Retail Scoring Department, sending them to branches & checking the execution of decisions on equation & releasing the amount, BDL weekly Declaration, boosting CSO’s in branches in all their inquiries related to our department.
I am responsible for supervisor’s role during the absence of the supervisor.

My job includes: promotion for trips, issuing tickets of various carriers, arranging reservation of packages & tours for clients, handling the accounts with other travel agency that reserved packages from our company to their passengers, traveling with our clients during high seasons.
