• Operates and handles Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) like CMM Matrix Machine using Camio software, 3D Master Gauge using Verisurf X software, Faro Arm, Hexagon Arm/Scanner & OGP machine.
• Create program on Hexagon Arm/Scanner Machine and Faro Arm Machine.
• Receives raw materials and conducts testing using OGP Machine.

• Conducts routine patrol inspection every 2 hours or as prescribed in the Control Plan
• Conducts visual inspection of incoming aluminum profile for defects such as scratches, dents, etc. and checks for the straightness of the profile with its length measured using the measuring tape.
• Conducts patrol work on floor such us visuals and measurements on under process products.
• Monitors closely occurrence of the product in the production line.
• Generates work inspection instruction.

• Check glass transition (Tg) for every start-up of product.
• Familiar with all production manuals issued by the management and understanding the techniques of pultrusion industrial operation of the production machinery.
• Mixing of resins to given formulations using the computer system.
• Checking on the threading dies as required for producing profiles according to the production specifications.
• Regularly monitoring profiles for diameter, surface finish, length, and other relevant specifications and completing tolerances sheets.
• Inspecting, marking and bundling of product and systems in all areas of production.

• Ensure implementation of quality standards and control, lab testing and documentation
