- Monitor performance and ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are accomplished.
- Assist and cater the needs of multi VIP customers the best possible service.
- Supervise the bar operations for the whole floor and bar area.
- Maintaining health and safety standards within the bar
- Handle guest’s question and concerns on work related topics·
- Oversee the work of staffs and uphold a constant level of staff productivity.
- Constantly monitoring the bar’s inventory and replenishing it as needed.
- Attend and resolve customer’s complaints professionally and courteously in accordance to company policies.
-Regularly provide reports to Senior/General Manager such as staff performance, customer satisfaction, budgeting and expenditures.
-Set goals and objectives for the whole team to achieve.
