- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards
- Source candidates by using databases and social media
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
- Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
- Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
- Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
- Attend job fairs and careers events
1- Processing reservations by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax or central reservation systems referral.
2- Processing reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
3- Help developing room revenue and occupancy forecasts.
4- Making arrangements for clients travel programs.
1- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
2- Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
3- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
4- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
5- Create and maintain System documentation
Include : Data Management & Information Structure, System Analysis & Design, Principles of E-Commerce, Management Support System, Web Development Tools & Techniques, Concept in SAP ERP, and Business Process Management. And also, Principles in Marketing, Microeconomics, financial & Managerial Accounting, statistic for Management, Operations Management, Business Law & Policy.
