Acting as a head of employees services department.
 HR organizational structure implementation ERP - Oracle.
 Compensation and benefits (Promotion, salary adjustment, job title change and increment).
 Issuing and drafting all kind of termination letters i.e. (End of Contract, article 80, reduction of forces
etc..).
 Issuing and drafting all kind of agreements i.e. (Termination Extension, unpaid long leave agreement,
Half-pay work agreement etc..).
 Preparing Emergency Cash Advance, and check if it fulfilling the requirements of the policy.
 Reimbursement of Relocation and transfer expenses.
 Reimbursement the employee of ticket & Exit re-entry visa.
 Onboarding process (Prepared employment contracts, MIC, and enroll new hired in GOSI portal).
 Ensures that Expat terminated employees dropped from Muqeem system and ensure that Saudi employees deleted from GOSI portal.
 Reports to and supports the lead of personnel on all personnel & admin matters.
 Communicating personnel policies and procedures to all HRBPs.
 Interacts on a daily basis with all direct reports for operational and other business related matters and
issues.
 Performing other duties as required.
