- Manage assigned portfolios.
- Assure the strategy alignment of initiatives/projects within my portfolio.
- Leading project committee meetings and working groups.
- Support Head of retail banking and wealth management PMO in governing RBWM portfolios and assure KPI/Object are achieved.

-Manage IT development projects that cater to key business needs in order to ensure time bound delivery and adherence to predefined standards and guidelines.
-Coordinate with IT functions such as development, operations, user departments, external vendors to deliver assigned projects on time and within the budgetary requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project related risks and ensure high standard of delivery.

- Develop, lead, and motivate a team of Service Desk professionals to deliver excellent technical/non- technical support with outstanding end-user service.
- Track the incidents to conclusion in line with SLAs and quality standards.
- Ensure that team’s KPIs are monitored, actions are taken, evaluated accordingly and delegated properly.
- Develops a performance measurements framework and facilitates feedback system to team members on issues such as end-users service, and technical skills, in order to enhance the quality of support delivered.
- Leads and participate in IT projects as requested.
- Prepare Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Recovery Plan (BRP) area with the full IT requirement & keep managing it based on business requirements.
- Provide daily/Weekly/Quarterly KPIs statistical reports.
- Act as a further escalation point for unresolved or escalated calls.
- Able to plan long term improvements, looking at least 1 year ahead.

Also providing them with conditional acceptance letters from universities if needed ..
