Maintain positive working relationships with community team leaders and dialogue forum hosts (e.g. schools, community groups, businesses,
religious groups) throughout the project cycle
Support team leaders in the preparation of dialogue forum materials as needed
Attend all dialogue forums and provide guidance and oversight to team leaders as needed
Preparation and submission of dialogue forums report
Facilitate payments to team leaders, forum participants, and forum hosts (e.g. schools, community groups) in accordance with ACTED and GIZ SOPs
Ensure that all documentation related to the dialogue forums is well organized and archived in accordance with donor requirements
Support the Project Manager / Officer in training the team leaders for dialogue forums, based on GIZ training materials
Participate in the monthly project recap sessions, to discuss project progress, address potential bottlenecks and define lessons learned that will have a positive impact on the future implementation
Cooperate with ACTED AMEU to ensure that all project activities, including dialogue forums, are well monitored according to the agreed AME framework
Prepare the final Focus group report by the end of each cycle.
Submit project monthly reports. Ensure that project frame work and activities are well monitored by MEAL department. Help the Project Manager in project’s final report
Training and linking job seekers to jobs from both Jordanian and Syrian nationality in targeted host community and in coordination with the Vocational Training Centers. Moreover, Coordinating the process of establishing new nurseries (budget, procurement documentation). Conducting regular field visits follow-ups for nurseries to check on caregivers’ performance to ensure that the children get the ultimate needed care in order develop their skills and talents. Organizing awareness messaging and sessions in the host communities on the importance the childhood age group.

* Participated in citizen driven research Youth Participatory Action Research title of the report
“Views and Perceptions of Children on their Counselling Experience” the target group was East Amman
Children and Syrian youth refugee. The topic was based on the children chose.
Conducting awareness messaging sessions and raising nutritional awareness to beneficiaries
from various Governorates and segments of society about Anemia disease.
* Carrying out follow-ups on supplements distribution to beneficiaries.
* Monitoring beneficiaries’ anemic medical status.
Ensuring the production quality of bottled water according to the best international
standards.
* Certifying the distribution of the bottled water to the local market according to the Jordanian
standards and measures.
* Guaranteeing the high standards of delivering bottled water to the customers.
