Full Spectrum of Recruitment of QBC Group with a Team as per the below JD.
• Review manpower requisitions forms and route them for approval as per the company chart of authority.
• Use internal and external recruitment boards’ databases to search for potential candidates to fill in the job openings.
• Prepare the recruitment list of all the departments, Divisions, and sites.
• Maintain internal database of updated Job Descriptions and local advertisements and ensure content is accurate, professional, and compliant with company standards.
• Using the internal database, screen available CVs and forward the shortlisted ones to the concerned departmental manager and after confirmation arrange for the interviews.
• Whenever required, conduct initial phone screening of candidates and assist with the interviewing process. Take a leading role in the interview process.
• Deal with terminations/resign of employees, prepare termination letters, Deal with immigration section for local transfer and other related.
As a Human resource manager, am responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, employee relations, training, and performance and databases management, on boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include:
Handling the Team size of 5 to manage the whole HR operations & Admin functions.
Managing the full recruitment process(Local and international) including sourcing strategy; interviewing; reference checking; making offers to candidates; managing onboarding of candidates, driving and delivering induction training.
Instructing to formal procedures of new employees on their medical and finger printing with new implemented system (Qatar Visa Center).
Managing the search of talented manpower resources using computer-based databases, Internet recruiting, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
Develops and maintains external contacts to keep up with trends in talent acquisition and conditions of employment in the local and expatriate markets.
Planning, organizing and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.

Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems with the following responsibilities and tasks:
o Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program.
o Creating and revising job descriptions closely with line managers.
o Conducting annual salary surveys (Internal Audits- Close with Accounts Dept).
o Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget.
o Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s evaluation program.
o Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures.
o Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
o Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads (Qatar Living, Gulf Times, LinkedIn, Indeed, Gulf Talent, etc.).
o Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
o Overseeing exit and final interviews of white and blue collars.
o Participating in administrative staff meetings.
o Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts.
Workers PPE items purchaser and keep excel recording to each individual file.
Performs benefits administration and Compensation, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees.
Working closely with multiple Insurance companies to provide medical insurance and Workmen Compensation policy.
Payroll Processing-Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll (SIF&CSV) files and EOS, Leave Salary (Settlement Papers) of the Wage Protection System (WPS).
Reservation Agent for hotels (Covid-19 Quarantine booking), airlines, car rental facilities, resorts and travel agencies all employee Reservation.
Handling day-to-day activities and administrative activities including selection and staffing, tasking, discipline, welfare, and all
multifarious development programs, ensure proper implementation of rules and regulations
* Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate
selection, Training conducting and analyzing exit interviews as well as recommending changes.
* Maintains administrative staff by selection, orientation, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment in
addition to developing personal growth opportunities.
* Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
* In charge/monitor and managing the Staff and Employee Attendance & Movements.
* Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and
expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

* Oversee the renewal, updating, and maintenance of all employees' and their dependents' visas, labor cards, HMC, and MODLSA
Electronic Labor contracts in a timely manner to ensure the company's records are up to date in the labor and HUKOOMI, MOI and
MOL immigration departments.
* Providing HR compliance focusing on audit preparation and documentation for the ISO.
Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
* Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
* Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
* Create and update records and databases with personnel, students, teachers- financial and other data.
* Submit timely reports to management and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
* Manages staff expense requests.
* May take care of institute website functions and social media profiles.
