 Submitting the monthly report to Chief Accountant and Financial Controller.
 Preparing of Payment Vouchers for the Suppliers.
 Monitor accounts receivable and follow up due accounts receivable.
 Checking and entering the all the purchase bills with LPO and delivery orders.
 Posting of all petty cash and banking transaction on daily basis.
 Reconciliation of supplier, customer statements and intercompany transaction.
 Ensure up to date posting of office expenses and other GL transactions.
 Checking the time sheet of the employees.
 Preparing the salary for the Employees at the end of the month.
 Registering all increments, payments and deductions etc
 Proper filing of all the salary documents.
 Assist in preparation of financial statement up to finalization.
 Assist Auditors year end Auditing.
 Inventory controlling.
 Cheque preparation And Bank Reconciliation.
