Coordinating Air, Sea and Land Operations for Import / Export
Prepare Export / Import related shipping documentation, maintain records and coordinate for product shipment.
Stay up to date on the rules and regulations of operations within and around the GCC
Providing appropriate and corrective action to resolve customer-related shipping issues
Getting the quotes from the forwarders.
Stock and inventory management
Monitor and implement cost saving methods
Supervising all warehouse staffs.
Preparing the Daily schedule of the Trucks, and other vehicles as per the Customer Orders
Arranging of road transportation for Inbound shipments & GCC exports
Verification of Inbound shipments (Checking the quantity and item wise allocation to respective locations)
Weekly checking of stock discrepancies & regularising the stock
Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Calicut University,Kerala,India
