•Manage the inspection (Incoming/Online) of procured packaging materials & regular administration of the QC team.
•Managing & implementing Safety requirements based on Dubai Civil defense requirements.
•Trains and carries out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations.
•Implement and maintain Dubai Civil Defense Safety requirements.
•Statistical analysis of customer feedbacks received from local and international customers and reporting to top managements for understanding Quality trends.
•Analysis of recorded data from Dimensional, Visual/Aesthetics, Functional, as well Performance tests, on regular basis.
•Preparation of QC report & approval of the inspected lot for mass production (Standard ISO 2589 followed for all Inspections) on regular basis.
•Overseeing the QC team for “Finished Goods” inspection to analyze critical market complaints, sporadically.
•Ensure timely completion, and accurate and prompt recording, of all assessment tasks.
•Training of the QC team working under me, in order to set safety & quality culture.
•Necessary guidance to the Expert Team (made from QC & Production) for sorting activity.
•Independent Handling of all Market Complaints related to Packaging, regularly.

More than three years’ experience in Material Laboratory Quality Assurance and Quality control for Fugro Middle East responsible for the Companies Integrated Quality Management System throughout all Branch Office (UAE, Oman, Bahrain & Qatar)
Experience in developing, revising and implementing procedures for Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 17025, 9001, 18001&14001 standard requirements.

Job Profile

•Internal auditing for Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 18001, 17025).
•Managing monitoring Internal & External Calibrations with help of LIMS software.
•Identifying Root Causes for various non-conformities.
•Implements Corrective and Preventive Action Plans.
•Preventive maintenance program.
•IQC and Proficiency Testing Programs.
•Revision and updating of all Forms related to Integrated Management system.
•Preparations of training need analysis, training schedules and training records.
•Supplier evaluation and customer feedback analysis.
•Conducts toolbox meetings.
•Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.
•Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use before delivery.
•Accident & incident reporting
•Coordinates registration and removal of hazardous waste.
•Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity.
•Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.
•Facilitates external audits, Accreditations and Certifications.
