➢ Responsible for overseeing the flow of goods, information and other resources between the point of origin and clients and ensuring efficient administration of storing and distribution of the wide range of goods and items according to company policy.
➢ Preparation of monthly replenishment file to be discussed with the countries SCE’s Sales team and Managers and the country’s GM.
➢ Send the orders to suppliers and request for Proforma Invoices.
➢ Compare the Proforma invoice quantities and cost to the agreed purchase cost and confirm order.
➢ Follow up with the supplier for order’s readiness dates and obtain shipment details.
➢ Get freight quotations per shipment/order and nominate the forwarder based on the best transit time, and shipping cost. The step will be eliminated once the freight RFQ is finalized with the local and foreign forwarders. Only then, shipments pickup and movement will be direct and this step will be eliminated.
➢ Audit freight invoices and documents before dispatch from the supplier.
➢ Prepare rotation stock reports (if required) and circulate to the countries in case stocks needed to change their destination to avoid overstocking.

•Receiving the goods from the supplier as per the purchase order.
• Arranging the received goods in a proper manner.
• Keep the goods in store on safe custody.
• Recording the receipt and issue of goods in the store ledger. .
• Supplying the goods as per the requisition of the customer.
•Supplying goods on time to the customer.
• Receiving the goods which is returned from the customer.
• Keep the store clean and neat always.
• Arranging the transportation for the entire staff working in the warehouse.
• Helping the inventory department to do the stock taking properly.
• Issuing purchase requisition to the purchase dept as the stocks reaches at ordering level.
• Supervising the labors working in the warehouse.
• Keep record of working time of labors and calculating the overtime as per the extra hours worked by the labors.
