Role:
Providing arrangements for company registration in various regions
Implementing security policies and guidelines for ensuring proper
ongoing maintenance
Participating in development, implementation, evaluation &
modification of administrative policies & procedures to optimize
resource across various functions
Planning & budgeting administration expenses and working towards
minimizing operational expenses/ costs
Establishing overall travel strategies and tactical execution including
T&E policy, selection of preferred suppliers, travel management
reporting, compliance and ensuring internal customer satisfaction
Extending support to the HR & Finance Department in termination of
employment
Administering staff’s health insurance policies timely
Steering efforts in:
o Arrange the visa medical screening and ID registration process
o Assisting employees in embassies and various kinds of
government related works
o Updating visa tracking systems and file
o Managing legalization of documents (Notary, Embassy, MOFA)
Shouldered the responsibilities of handling companies vehicle
registration and traffic department approvals
Contributing in document collection and petty cash management
I have been responsible for providing multi-faceted support at my previous place of work. And I have about ten year experience in Middle East and major part of my duties in Public Relation sector and administration area. My language skills are very confident level and able to manage multi-cultural bilingual people and business
Role:
Performed the following:
o Tenancy contract registration procedure annually
o Trade license renewal process
o Assisting in JAFZA Labour accommodations and visa related works
o Document delivery and collection management

Controlling and Assistant - Purchasing Dept.
-Charge
