 Carry out the preventive/corrective maintenance of all communication, Navigational, Industrial and control system equipment necessary for continuous, efficient, economical and safe operation of vessels.
 Analyze and diagnose different problems and faults and estimate optimum solution in short time in order to minimize break down time.
 Implementation of the planned maintenance program as per manufacturer instructions.
 Supervise installation and commissioning of field instruments.
 Operation and preventive/corrective maintenance of PLC controlled IAS & PMS such as WARTSILA Integrated Automation System & Power Management System for Engine Control Room (ECR) operation with 4*1.5 MW diesel engines.
 Maintain all Radio and Satellite communication Equipments like Sailor GMDSS HF/SSB Radios, Sailor VHF Radios, Motorola & Kyodo Walkie Talkies, Becker Aircraft Radios, ICOM HLO Radio, Telular GSM mobile Telephone, Thrane & Thrane Inmarsat Satellite MINI-M system, Sailor Fleet Broadband (FBB) System, Marine VSAT System, Seatel TVRO system
 Maintain all Navigational and Safety equipments like Digital and Analog Gyro compass, Echo sounder, Marine RADAR, GPS, Southern Avionics Non-directional Helibeacon, Marine sound powered telephone, Radio station clock, EPIRB, SART, Navtex Reciver, Wind Indicators and Emergency Radios(VHF GMDSS) during offshore pipe lay, hook-ups, tie-ins, float-over and riser jobs.
 Maintain all other electronic equipment for ships and barges like Public Address system, Marine analog/digital PABX, Intercom Telephones, CCTV cameras & monitors, SMATV System and CATV system for entertainment and Office equipments.
 Maintain Industrial equipment for ships and barges like winch, Load monitoring system for heavy lift cranes and computerised jacking control system.
 Installation, operation and maintenance of Ballast& De-Ballast Monitoring System during load out and float-over operations.
 Respnsible for physical operation of jacking, troubleshoot, servica and maintain electrical, variable drive speed system used for flaoting, opposed rack and pinon(GUSTO MSC, GLL-50/6) type jacking system for marine movement.

 Handling products like calibration equipments, Gas analysing equipments.
 Having routine meeting with clients.
 Inspection of Electronic and instrumentation equipment’s.
 Maintenance of stores and spares including documentation of materials.
 Visualize the process for projects by analysing necessary information.
 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
