- Setting up, Support, sustain the implementation of the construction NAWARA Project QHSSE System,
- Advise and communicate support to the CONTRACTOR HSSE team by providing specialized information and advice whenever required,
- Keeping up to date and ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation,
- Perform site visits as required,
- Perform internal audits of the health, safety, Security and environment management systems, buildings and business activities to ensure a necessary level of compliance to legislative obligations; communicate the efficiency and resilience of the HSSE management system,
- Investigating, recording and actioning all quality, health, safety and environment incidents across the company and where necessary to liaise with company insurers and solicitors with regard the defence of personal or liability claims,
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems,
- Compiling statistics, writing reports,
- Compile and analysis of work injury statistics,
- Driving a culture of HSE and behavioural change through people engagement,
- Assist in the delivery and/or deliver appropriate training programmes to ensure that personnel have an adequate understanding of health and safety issues and are competent to undertake the duties for which they are employed,
- Ensure a high level of safety in the working environment in our projects - from development to execution,
- Initiate, develop and implement standardisation initiatives,
- Participate in tendering processes and supplier negotiations on compliance with HSE requirements.

- Planned Outages include the periodic A, B, and C-Inspections for Gas Turbine (GT), Steam Turbine (ST) and Generator (Geno).
- Lyods certification audit.
- EHS Roadmap audit performed during C-Inspection.

COMPLETED TASKS WITHIN ALSTOM POWER
EHS Tasks:
- Responsible for environmental, health and safety matters and associated licensing at the Power Station and shall ensure that EHS activities are monitored, controlled and reviewed.
- Maintain close ties with all Power Station personnel, Alstom O&M Product Center, On-shore Alstom organization, Other Alstom Power O&M Power Stations, Local Authorities, Emergency Services, Local community, etc….
- Conducting all business activities according to Alstom’s Code of Ethics
- Set up and implement the Environmental, Health & Safety Management system.
- Carry out regular environmental and health & safety audits.
- Establish and manage an accident and HSE incident investigation system.
- Organise and carry out all training required for statutory and mandatory licenses and authorisations.
- Ensure all Power Station personnel and contractors working on site are fully trained and conversant with the Power Station Environmental, Health & Safety policy and applicable procedures.
- Ensure all Power Station personnel and contractors working on site are fully equipped to be able to work in a safe manner.
- Monitor daily work activities in respect to environment, health and safety.
- Support other Power Stations where appropriate.

- Provides checking the consideration of customer requirements for quality Hygiene / Health, Safety & Environment
- Provides dissemination of results and conducting meetings for the exploitation of these results and setting goals,
- Ensure that EHS Assessments are conducted by means of a Roadmap.
- Development and update of new legal requirement (texts, decrees, orders and laws) which are selected regulations applicable in the context of the project and identifying the non-conformities through the development of a Corrective action plan, treating regulatory dysfunctions;
Quality Tasks:
- Support the site strategy for implementing and maintaining the ALSTOM Power O&M Power Station Management System (POMS).
- Ensure that business at site is conducted in line with ALSTOM Power O&M commitments set in the “Power Station Management Policy” and legal obligations applicable.
- Supervise Q, and EHS improvement actions.
- Roll-out the Power Station Management System (POMS) implementation plan in compliance with milestones set with the TSGY Mobilisation Team.
- Prepare the site in order to pass the internal audit prior to Lyods certification audit
- Liase with O&M Sites Process Manager in order to implement identified POMS related open items resulting from site assessment, internal audit or external audit
- Update the POMS compliance performance indicators set with the Mobilisation Team and/or with the ALSTOM Power O&M Stations Process Manager. Analyse and report to the Product Center the achievements.
- Teamwork with all site functions and ALSTOM Product Center concerning POMS issues
- Ensure through audits that the Power Station Management System (POMS) remains consistent with the requirements and fit for purpose,
- Conducting all business activities according to Alstom’s Code of Ethics
- Acting according to the relevant environment, health & safety rules in force at site
- Working according to processes and rules defined in the Management System

PROJECTS COMPLETED WITHIN EPPM
- PROJECT 1: Design, supply and implementation of a chain with pumping filtration and water pipe shipping to the CIS OMN77 Hassi Messaoud, Algeria.
- PROJECT 2: Design, supply and implementation of a boat loading ramp of crude to CINA Hassi Messaoud, Algeria.
- PROJECT 3: Completion of project for gas recovery from torches to ROM, Algeria.
- PPROJECT 4: Engineering, procurement services, construction supervision, commissioning and start-up supervision of lube oil re-refining plant, Kingdom of SA KSA Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- PPROJECT 5: Construction of the second EPPM headquarter

COMPLETED TASKS WITHIN EPPM:
- Contributing to the HSE policy establishment, which sets safety rules and defines the measures and means of prevention and intervention to ensure the safety and protection of men, respect for the environment and the safeguarding of assets;
- Contributing to the establishment of a set of performance indicators as part of HSE continuous improvement and maintenance by setting targets and objectives in the prevention of occupational risks in the system "Man / Machine / Environment "in close relation with the quality, cost and delay;
- Identification of the Customer’s HSE recommendations and requirements predefined contractually or initiated meetings to launch the project;
- Development of the HSE management plan specifically for the project. The main objective of the plan was to present the way of implementation of the HSE management process including:
- Group Planning Process;
- Group of Task Execution Process;
- Group of Monitoring and Control Process.
- Development and update of the preliminary risk analysis inherent in the project activities which are based on the dispatching of the installation work in tasks. It begins with identifying each system and subsystem that may be a source of danger, referring to the WBS plan (Work Break Structure).
- Identification of environmental impacts that can be generated following the working day and accidental situation and development of a plan to control significant environmental impacts;
- Development and Monitoring of the Project Management Plan (PMP);
- Development and update of new legal requirement (texts, decrees, orders and laws) which are selected regulations applicable in the context of the project and identifying the non-conformities through the development of a Corrective action plan, treating regulatory dysfunctions;
- Training and awareness plan development and follow up;
- Development and monitoring of the Emergency plan;

- Follow up of action plans by doing regular inspections on site to verify the compliance with HSE guidelines and aiming to provide useful results in achieving the objectives, to the risk control and operation of the HSE Management;
- Maintain coordination meetings with the client's HSE cell and internal weekly meetings and other meetings;
- Maintain monthly missions in Hassi Messaoud, Algeria to secure performance of services on site in accordance with all instructions of hygiene, safety and environment under the current legislation into force and in accordance with the specification of site management.
