- Details of Position as ITSSC Representative in Egypt:
 Represent IT SSC in the country’s committees and other official bodies,
 Ensure with local HR management that local laws and regulations are applied appropriately for all IT SSC staff within the country,
 Support local employee related and administrative tasks on behalf of the relevant IT SSC service line manager whenever a signature is required locally and
The IT SSC Representative has delegation of authority to sign contracts on behalf of IT SSC once necessary approvals have been obtained.
Details of Position as ITSSC Egypt Operations and Service Manager
 All other local IT activities by delegation of the related Global Service Lines when no member of global service line is present locally.
 In addition, will also be in charge of Customer Service Management, his main focus being to maintain and gradually improve service quality, through a constant cycle of defining, agreeing, monitoring, reporting and reviewing Infrastructure service achievements by delegation of the Regional Customer Service Director.

Details of Position as Country Customer Service Manager for Egypt in close cooperation with the Global IT Operations - GITO Services Lines and Applications Solution Centers - ASC
 Represent GITO in front of the Business and IS Top management in Egypt.
 Act as the single point of contact for the Internal Customers in Egypt for:
 IT infrastructure related projects and service requests and ensures quality of services delivered locally by GITO,
 GITO Service Catalogue and related service level agreements,
