RAJAB FREIGHT SYSTEMS - Kochi (From January 2013 - October 2013)
Position: Logistics Executive.

(The Objective Of Rajab Freight Systems Is To Provide A Supply Chain With The Services Of Custom Clearing, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, Hiring, Transportation and Logistics Services.)
Job Profile: • Preparing the Customer Data and Collects data from Customer.
• Sending the Company Profile to Customers and turn the enquiries into business.
• Making Tele sales and handling enquiries from potential customers.
• Rate collections and negotiations with Shipping lines / Airlines for Sending Quotation to Customers.
• Arranging transportation for delivery of the cargo.
• Contact and negotiate with our worldwide agents.
• Preparing & Sending Quotation to Local & Overseas customers.
• Following up shipments and coordination with the shipping agent for the clearance of shipment.
• Follow up container arrival and verify with shipping company.
• Filling import and export documents according to the current filling system

• Knowledge of handling inbound and outbound E-mails in MS-Outlook.
• Handling various e-mail messages, routine correspondence and internet related works
• Handle daily staff scheduling.
• Preparing annual leave schedule.
• Maintaining IT files.
• Follow up all the pending jobs.
• Coordinating and monitoring operational activities.
• Reporting to the Managing Director.
