13) Having experience on Hitachi M/v 1560 KVAR 3 step capacitor banks at nominal 4.16 Kv.
14) Experience on the installation & termination of MV & LV cable including armored & un armored up to 630mm2 LV & 185mm2 MV.
15) Hands on experience on the designing of SCADA system including the consideration of I/Os, DI, DO, AI, AO & soft signals either with Modbus RTU or Rs 485 communication.
16) Hands on experience on the selection and installation of Pressure Transmitter, Laser level transmitter with CMF 160 Control Master, Pressure Switches BETA, level switches with double channel controller VEGATOR 132.
17) Design & installation of low voltage system including Fire Alarm, Telephone, Building & site lighting system, Grounding & Lightning protection system etc.
18) Leading the team of 16 persons including 3 Foreman & 13 Electricians.

2.1 ) Load Mapping: Calculate loads for new PMTs and substations for efficient network planning.
2.2) Loss Monitoring: Track losses on 62 feeders and 950 PMTs; implement measures to reduce technical losses.
2.3) ABC Project: Replace old conductors on high-loss PMTs with Aerial Bundle Cabling after stakeholder
engagement.
2.4) Multistory Bus Bars: Install to enhance safety, comply with standards, and reduce commercial losses.
2.5) Meter Replacement: Replace faulty meters with timing, CT, or shunt issues to ensure accurate billing.
2.6) Material Management: Review and adjust component stocks with purchasing based on project changes.
2.7) New Connections: Execute connections for consumers below 40KW, including buildings and shops.
2.8) Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations follow health, safety, and environmental protocols.

3.1 ) Quality installation and verification of electrical equipment and accessories per procedures and CVC
requirements.
3.2) Preparation and submission of material and sample submittals for client approval.
3.3) Proficient in CMMS: preventive maintenance scheduling, data collection, and PM template creation.
3.4) Testing and commissioning of 100/80A Automatic Transfer Switches and FG Emergency Gensets at
standby/prime ratings.
3.5) Functional performance testing of ATS, emergency generators, lighting/dimming controls, panels, and
switchgear per HANSON criteria.
3.6) Installation and commissioning of HT/LT cables, pad-mount transformers, switchgear, distribution boards, and
street lighting.
3.7) Experienced in building fire alarm and security systems, including installation of horn strobes, heat/smoke/duct
detectors, and fire dampers.
3.8) Regular participation in site progress and QC meetings with clients to address project concerns.
3.9) Execute additional engineering and site activities as assigned by project manager, with ongoing reporting of
site status.

4.1) Expert in inverter commissioning & programming (Puma, Holip, Delta, Danfoss, LS).
4.2) Skilled in PLC & HMI programming (Delta, Fotek, Mitsubishi).
4.3) Strong experience in Waukesha (900/650KW, VHP) genset maintenance with Orient Energy System
coordination.
4.4) Proficient in installation & commissioning of HV/LV power distribution panels.
4.5) Installed and maintained Terasaki, Schneider, Togami, ABB, Hager MCB, ELCB, MCCB breakers.
4.6) Extensive induction motor maintenance (120HP to 10HP), including insulation & winding balance tests.
4.7) Designed and installed Star-Delta, Rev/Fwd, and DOL starter circuits.

In my short period of training during my University vacations i did work in Karachi Shipyard & Engineering works, where my focus on basically at maintenence department in which i deal with Induction Motors, Alternators, and mostly Cranes

In this short period of training i deal with Switch gears, circuit breakers, realys and instruments.
In this period i also gain knowledge about Machines maintenence and its construction.
I work on 60Hz system, which is not common in Pakistan
